No.4023 Model Rubber Tired Gantry Cranes (hereinafter referred as RTG), equipped with telescopic container spreaders, are used widely in the container yard for different containers handling, with ability to operate in stacks of 1 (one) over 5 (five) high containers high with 6 (six) container rows.

One of our biggest characteristic and advantage is the different design of the trolley and hoisting mechanism. The hoisting mechanism is installed on sill-girder of the RTG and the trolley is towed by the steel rope and no independent driving mechanism. One mechanism is shared by both trolley traversing and hoisting.On the premise of its capacities are equal totraditional rubber tired gantry cranes, our design lead to lighter weight and less investment into the equipment, and the lower requirement to the infrastructure.

The RTG with load functions as lifting, trolley traversing and gantry traveling operation.The RTG can carry out transition operation with empty load. The RTG is equipped with a 6.6kV cable reel as main power supply which is obtained from single end feed device, providing 270m trailing cable and matched plugs. When the RTG is not in use, stowing plugs will be provided. When the main power supply is not available, a suitable continuously rated main generator will be provided.The RTG can operate in the environment with temperature up to 40 Celsius ,100% RH salt laden atmosphere and heavy rain.
