Use: Rubber sheets manufacturing equipment

Rubber material: General synthetic rubber (NBR, FKM, EPDM, etc.)

Production line velocity:1.0 ~ 7.5 m/min

Sheet shape: w 300 × t 2 ~ 10 mm, sheet thick accuracy: ±0.05mm

By combining a calender with a sheet extrusion head, rubber sheets with superior thickness

tolerance can be produced with precision.

Under rubber sheets, separation sheets are provided for not sticking each other.

Rubber sheets can be cut upon customer's request by cutter machine.

Detaching roller head and cylinder indivisually with retracting the gear box,

screw can be cleaned up easily.
