Product Description:

Our factory(As an original factory) can design and produce the vulcanization production line of rubber conveyer belt for wire rope core ( fabric core)with size less than 2.7m*16.6m(wideth*length)

The production line of Conveyer Belt vulcanizing machine are of high automation level and compact advanced structure, suitable for vulcanizing all kinds of conveyer belt such as nylon conveyer belt, common conveyer belt, anti-fire conveyer belt( flame-retardant conveyor belt ), wire rope core conveyer belt,textile conveyer belt,rubber plate etc.

The main machine is of frame structure and equipped with special purpose hydraulic unit. Both the hot plates and piston plunger are all made of superior materials, they are accurately processed and have high etch and wear resistance. The features are as follows:convenient maintenance,constant working pressure and easy-adjusting. The control system has been taken up with PLC so as to realize multi-programs automatic control of curing process, for example, the temperature of the hot plates can be measured and regulated automatically. This will improve the control level and provide with high efficiency of production and low intensity of labor.
