Usage

It is a deivice to crush diameterΦ≤50mm of rubber block into diameter Φ≤12mm of rubber grains and separate the steel and fiber from the rubber.

Structure Features

1).Adopt automatically feeding by the screw conveyor to save the labor.
2).Adopt inner cycled water cooling system to keep chamber and bearing at lower temperature when it’s running, then enhance efficiency,improve blades and bearings’ lifetime.
3).Adopt splayed and staggered tooth for blades structure, the cuttingprocess will be more reasonable and lower energy consumption.
4).Material of blade is alloyed tool steel, it has impact resistance, wearresistance, good toughness, and simply tools structure, convenient disassembling, quickly adjusting and with long service lifetime.
5).Output sieve made of higher hardness and higher wear resistance of the steel plate and in arc-shape, To prevent the sieve deformation when powerful extrusion, and to ensure the reasonable gap size between blades and the inner surface of screen for more output efficient.
6).Adopt upper body and down body for machines body, ensure change the blades easier.

7).Motor has overheat and overload protection device, to make sure the motor safety when it running under abnormal conditions.
8). Adopts full closed structure and rational internal combination, greatly reduced the noise.
9).Inwall of body use exchangeable lining board which made of wear resistant material. It can be solved the wear problem when it is running.
