This machine is a Single need Compound feed Lockstitch Sewing machine with edge trimming and bordering device.

Application

It is mainly used for Quilts, blankets, bedding sheets to trim the edge and make bordering with fabric tape. It is widely used for quilt and blankets , bedding sheets, sofa sheets factories. It makes edge trimming and bordering a simple , high efficiency job than ever.

It is used in quilt production factory for working with single head quilting machine, shuttle quilting machine and non shuttle quilting machine to produce in high effieciency ready quilts with boarder.

automatic needle stop mechanism and auto presser foot up device , greatly reduced operator working load and increases production efficiency.

The machine adopts compulsory vacuum dust cleaning system , the waste of trimming can be absorbed to the dustbin and clean the working field.
