1. General introduction

It make mixed raw material powder extrude into granule. Now this machine is widely used in pharmaceutical, foodstuff, solid drink solution and chemical industry. Also can use for high sticky material.

2. Working principle

Mixed soft material are forced to pass the sieve under the extrusion force of grinding impeller, then the uniformed length column grain will be obtained by the cutting force of outsidescrape impeller.

3. Technical characteristic

1) ZL model extrude granulator can sieve for ideal every kind of dry or wet granules, and size of final granule determined by hole diameter in the sieve board. It’s special structure of rotating sieve board, ensure the material will not be crushed when extruding, and improve the efficiency and the purity of finished product.

2) And withgrinding impellerinside, can break the agglomerated material.

3) All stainless steel high degree for polishing, no friction between stator and rotating sieve, total conform to GMP.And the stator, rotating sieve all can dismantle easily.

4) Client can choose the suitable size for sieve, for get different size of granule, thescrape impeller control the length of granule.
