Work Principle

1.This machine can use two cleaning ways, shot blasting or shot peening.

2.Shot blasting is what take advantage of the high-speed rotating impeller, throw steel shot/pill on metal surface to achieve derusting,to get metal internal molecular arrangement dislocation, reinforce metal resistance to fatigue strength.

3.Shot peening is what use compressed air through the jet nozzle, throw steel shot on metal parts surface.

4.This machine has an oblong worktable with wheel,there is a rotary table on it. The oblong worktable move into cleaning room,the the rotary table begin rotating, the metal parts be clean all round.
