The material of the rotary retort:

There are two kinds of material can be chosen from:

1.stainless steel SUS304

2.Carbon steel Q235B

The wide application scope of the rotary retort:

The rotary retort can be applied to a variety of high temperature packaging materials, such as :

1.plastic & rubber container: PP bottle, HDPE bottle, PP can, HDPE can

2.flexible package: aluminum foil bag, transparent bag, vacuum bag, retort pouch

3.Glass container: Glass bottle , glass jar

4.Metal can: tin can . aluminum foil can

The features of the rotary retort:

rotary retort can make the products inside it rotating in the autoclave as a whole , thus , it can fully use heat inside the pot, and every corner of the pot will be reached and sterilize accurately .

The overview of the rotary retort:

Food will be rotated in the autoclave continually and slowly thus it can make the heat spread fast and uniform. The sterilization time is reduced and avoid food being overcooked. Temperature control system will avoid container damage and increase shelf life of the final products. F value test will be adopted to control the whole sterilization process, which makes the sterilization effect controllable.
