Working principle on Hongji rotary dryer

The material was delivery into the body (drum) by screw conveyor feeder(this screw conveyor feeder need be ordered ) .then , will be heated inside of the rotary dryer’s body and turns continuously. There are some lifting blade inside of the rotary dryer’s body ,they can help the material turns when the drum turns.

The hot air from stove pass through the drum , the materials was heated by the hot air .

The extra water in the material will be took off when they got out from the outlet by the outlet .
