1. Introduction of drier machine:

It mainly consists of rotary body, raw material feeding plate, driving and supporting device, etc. It is mainly used for cement, chemical, metallurgical, building materials industries. Its advantages are as followings: high dry capacity, smooth rotation, low energy consumption, easy operation, high output and so on.

2. Working principle of drier machine

Materials are sent to hopper of rotary dryer by belt conveyor or bucket elevator. The barrel is installed with slope to horizontal line. Materials enter the barrel from the higher side, and hot air mix together. Materials go to the lower side by gravity when the barrel rotates. Lifters on the inner side of barrel life materials up and down to make materials and hot air mix completely. So drying efficiency is improved.

3. Output of dryer machine

Our company has the annual ouput of 44,000 tons, 88,000 tons,200,000 tons and 300,000 tons complete cement production line. We can provide on-site design, materials experimental, equipment installation and debugging, and the turkey project of complete production line.
