Basic process of rotarycentrifugal atomization is: molten metal from melting device channels into centre of

rotating disk through guiding device, and molten metal scatters along its radial and forms a thin liquid film in

the rotating disk due to inertia and centrifugal casting effect; when liquid film reaches edge of rotating disk, it is

atomized liquid drop and those drops are solidified into powder.

At present, some domestic foreign-invested enterprises imports rotary centrifugal atomization system from abroad to produce solder,Al,Mg powder,etc.
