The roller mill adopt impact,extrusion, grinding and other principles to crush the material, there’s big gap between the grinding wheel and the pin bearing, when the grinding wheel support rotate with the main shaft, the grinding wheel will throw to the grinding ring under the centrifugal force, and press the inner wall of the grinding ring tightly and rotate round the pin bearing, when the material through the gap between the grinding wheel and grinding ring, it will grind under the impact,extrusion and grinding. There’re single and multi-layer distribution structure, the working surface is curve face which with more grinding wheel and the contact area is large. So the roller mill is with high efficiency, grinding sufficiently and the good fineness.

The grinding material will get into the gas channel under the centrifugal force, the material will get into the classifying room for classifying under the negative pressure of the draught fan, and qualified power will enter into the collecting system, un-qualified material will back into the milling chamber for further milling.

The classifying wheel and milling system place in the chamber together but they work separately, we adopt soft connection between this two system incase the vibration when these two system working, not only keep the system completed, but also with small space, and it’s more convenient to install and maintain the machine.
