This woven fabric is made of PP fiber, which is divided into staple fiber, filament and monofilament. The product possesses features of PP fiber such as acid and alkali resistance, light weight. Its fusing point is 142~146°Cand its continuous temperature is less than 90°C. It is widely used in coal selecting, coal washing, refined chemistry, dyestuff etc. It is applied in solid-liquid separation within such industry as foodstuff, sugaring, pharmacy,aluminaetc. fixed on frame filter, belt filter, folding filter, pan filter, drum filter. And its filtering accuracy can reach less than 1μ.

• Polypropylene Fabrics Series , which are made of polypropylene fiber(pp) , can be divided into PP stable fabrics , PP long thread fabrics.
• These products possess the properties of acid-resistance , alkali-resistance, small specific Gravity and the melting point is 142~148, maximum operating temperature 90 .
• Polypropylene filter can be divided into short polypropylene fiber and long polypropylene filter cloth.The yarns which are made of long polypropylene fiber are very slippery. So the bursting strength and gas permeability of the long polypropylene are much better than that of the short poly-filter cloth.The surface of industry filter-cloth which are made of polypropylene fiber is very smooth.
