Ring Die Biomass Wood Pellet Machine
1. Feature of sawdust wood pellet Machine:

3. How to Work :
The pellet mill is easy to operate, we will install the machine and test machine well before delivery, once user connect it with electric power, and the raw material is delivered into the Pellet Machine through a conveyor and then conveyed into a rotating ring die by a feeder.
Finely pulverized material will be pressed into ring die through two rotating press rollers. The resulting pressure compresses the material and extrudes it through the holes in the die. The pellet will be out directly.

Detailed Description of Wood Pellet Plant
Raw material:Wood Pellets are mainly made from any wood waste and biomass particles, such as wood sawdust, wood shavings, wood chips, wood logs, straw, rice husk, coffee husk etc..

Wood crushing (if the raw material is not already granulated), material sieving, drying (if the raw material contains too much moisture), pelletizing, cooling, screening and packing. The whole pelletizing process can be highly automatically controlled..

Process of complete wood pellet line
Our complete wood pellet plant has a compact structure, low energy consumption and is highly efficient. Every machine in the wood pellet plant can be designed and manufactured according to customers’ requirements. It includes the below processes.Crushing process – Hammer mill
The best material diameter for supporting to produce pellet is 1-5mm. Thus if your material diameter exceed 5mm, then you need crushing machine to crush and grind them into small powder 1-5mm for supporting to produce pellets. Our SFSP series chipping and crushing machine is your best choice. It mills raw material like tree branch, wood shavings, wood chips, wood logs, cotton stalk, corn stalk, wheat straw etc, with size less than 50mm (diameter). After milled, the output size can reach diameter 3-5 mm, then it is pushed to next process to get dried and pelletized.Drying process – Rotary Dryer
The best moisture content to pelletizing is about 11-17%. Our rotary dryer is made up of burning stove and main rotary dryer which is high efficiency in drying the wood and biomass material. It can realize to reduce the moisture from 50% to 10%. The rotary dryer uses steam to heat air and contact material to remove certain degree of moisture. It is very important for wood pellet plant to using moisture detector which will determine the most suitable moisture before pelletizing.Pelletizing pocess - Wood pellet mill
