RFM-105 Automatic PET Hot Knife Laminating Machine

Machine introduces:

“Tiancen” brand RFM-105 Automatic PET Hot Knife Laminating Machine is a multipurpose machine. It is suitable for water-based glue, oil-based glue, non-glue film and pre-coated / thermal film.

It has been widely used in post-press products surface process such as publications, wall pictures, reticules, color boxes and so on. The machine has hot knife technology patent in China. It is controlled by OMORON inverter and PLC, showed in human-computer interface. The machine is composed of automatic feeder, static electricity and hot roller to remove powder, glue and film supply, coated unit, laminator, cutting and separating unit, non-stop stacker.

Advantage: Hot knife can cut PET film perfectly.

Machine features:

1. High speed & Non-stop feeder

Eight suction nozzles achieve high speed and high precision. Non-stop feeder has pre-pile device.

The machine uses ORION vacuum pump.

2. Registration

Front guide and pull guide with servo technology make overlap between ±2mm in high speed running.

3. Static electricity and heating roller powder removing devices

It is not necessary to maintain specially and clean inner, keeping powder removing effect in a long time.

4. OMRON PLC

The machine is controlled by touch screen and OMRON PLC, operated easily.

5. Laminating unit

Mirror polished main pressure steel roller is heated by oil which is controlled by a separate temperature unit beside the laminator. Drying tunnel steel roller is heated by water which is also controlled by the separate temperature unit beside the laminator. So the surface temperature of the main roller is less changed and accurate.

6. Heated energy recycle device

IR light case has hot wind recycle device, reducing power consumption a lot, at the same time, increasing the speed of laminating.

7. Thin paper unfolding device

It can make curly laminated sheets to be smoothly cutting.

8. Hot knife to cut film

It is suitable for PET/OPP film and every kinds of metal film, after that the products will be separated by shearing device, all the processes are sure that can produce perfect products.

9. Automatic stacker

During high speed running, with the help of paper pressed device, make delivery smoothly.

It is with Non-stop delivery device.
