BX-807 ADHESIVE TAPE REWINDER

Use:

This machine has a wide use field. It can rewind most of the adhesive tape; Especially, it has good performance in rewinding acrylic adhesive tape, BOPP tape, PET tape, double side tape, PE protective film, and so on.
Characteristics:

Material loading part:

Load the material jumbo roll from the back.

Adopts a solid shaft for support the material jumbo roll; it can support a heavy weight material.

Adopt magnetic-powder clutch to control the unwinding tension. The user can adjust it easily from the control panel.

Rewinding part:

Normally, adopt 3inch inflating shafts for rewinding.

Adopt a rubber pressure shaft to adjust the rewinding effect. It can get rid of the air bubble and make the rewinding product tight and beautiful.

Also adopt magnetic-powder clutch to control the rewinding tension. The user can also adjust it easily from the control panel.

Unwinding part:

Adopt an unwinding structure to unwind the tape.

Specially, this structure uses Teflon shaft and arch rubber shaft to avoid the tape sticking to the machine and get rid of the wrinkle.

Driving system:

Adopt AC motor to drive the machine. The motor has frequency converter to control which has advantage of powerful, stable, stepless speed changes.

Length counter:

Adopt automatic length counter to the machine. The user can set the rewinding length from the control penal. When it gets to the setting length, the machine will stop automatically.

Security system:

This machine has s security system to protect the user. When the rewinding shaft tail is open, and when the air pressure is less than the safe value, the machine cannot star so as to avoid accident.
