The main equipment of the rewinder

1.It has 2 supporting roll with diameter of 600mm.

2. The supporting roll drive by the electromagnetic speed that the power is 75kw.

3.Upper circular knife with the diameter of 150mm and bottom circular knife with the diameter of 300mm.

4.The back flow stand tension control by the tension pick-up and stopping.Manual paper unwinding roller axial displacement .

5.The paper pressing device for the paper pressing roll with the diameter of 300mm,automatic control the paper pressing roll press into the finish paper roll pressure.

6. Lifting device of hydraulic lift.

7.The paper pushing device adopts the hydraulic and control system with safety.

8.Stop system using corrugated pneumatic pressure stop.
