Features:
- The machine is suitable for coating all kinds of flat board such as wooden, plastic and metal surface.
- With One Reversible Direction Roller,the paint film will be more smooth, fine and no-abreaction
- The application roller, doctor roller and conveyor belt are controlled by individual inverter to ensure the precision.
- Coating roller is imported by PU and silica gel material.Equipping with imported scrapers which is made by stainless steel or PU. The design is adopted separate device to ensure dismantle and clean easily.
- The machine is equipped with thickness setting device to adjust the pressure of rooler based on different products and thickness. If the working pieces is thicker than previous set, the machine will automatically stop.
- The machine is suitable for all kinds of paint such as UV/PU/NC and water based paint which the paint can be recycled and no waste.
