1. The main engine adopts imported and famous pneumatic components; the welding power is from the air cylinder.

2. The wire falling system is controlled by step motor, which adopts hopper device and can send weft wires one by one automatically.

3. The mesh drawing system controlled by Panasonnic servo-motor adopts elastic tension and opening positioning mesh.

4. The mesh sending system is controlled by computer. It simplifies the process that every tensile spring has to be changed when the welding wire diameter is different.

5. The line wire and the weft wire are pre-straight and pre-cut. The line wire is feeding by the servo motor, pulling the wire net by the servo motor auto. The weft wire feeding from the multi hopper.
