Product Introduction

1. The changing oil quantity will be returned by oil separator due to the design, load and defrosting period of system. Thus we need a safety oil stock for oil control system; the oil receiver is a vessel for storing oil.

2. It has a sight glasses adaptor to inspect the oil level in the device.

3. The valve on top of the receiver gets oil from separator. The valve on bottom can distribute the oil to oil regulator.

4. The top of the receiver has a 3/8” SAE connector to add or remove oil from receiver.

5. Oil from the separator goes into oil receiver with high pressure gas, but the pressure in receiver will bring bad infection to oil regulator. In order to prevent that situation, we set a pipe on top of the receiver to relief the pressure, so that the pressure in receiver will be equivalent basically to the pressure in pipe and compressor crankcase.

Features:

1. Used for depositing the oil that not remained in the crankcase and oil separator and not circulation;

2. A stop valve installed in receiver’s inlet and outlet could be rotated 360°C, it’s easy for repair.

3. A red float in sight glasses to indicate oil lever. It can inspect the oil level in oil receiver, a 3/8” SAE connection is placed in top to install oil pressure check valve.

4. The receiver must be installed on vertical and the safety working pressure is 450 PSI.
