1. Application

High degree of self-wiping and have no dead spot.

Material silos--gravimetric feeders (4 sets: 1 for PE/EVA, 2 for ATH and 1 for additives) ---vertical feeder (1^st& 3^rdbarrel sections) + liquid injection system (if required) -- SJW-140 Co-kneader --- cascade extruder --- Eccentric fog cutting system with 2 stage of cooling --- packing

20 L/D. with five-barrel segments.
Single screw extruder (cascade type): 200mm 7L/D.
Vertical forcing feeder: 2 sets, special design, with higher feeding capacity.
Eccentric fog cutting system with 2 stage of cooling: 1 set
Screw and lining materials will be High Wear Resistance Alloy (HRC 62-64), which is the most suitable for PVC & HFFR wire and cable compounds.
Temperature controller: 3 sets.
All the electrical elements inside the control cabinet are with good brands, like SIEMENS inverters, OMRON temperature controlling system, SIEMENS low-pressure electric element.
Heater: the heaters within the quotation are made of Aluminum, they can have temperature more than 300 degree.

Packaging Detail:To be packed in the containers, suitable for long distance sea-transportation and well protected against change of climate, moisture and shock..

Delivery Detail:2~4 months upon receipt of deposit by T/T.
