Application:

The machine is mainly used to process screw thread of rebar ends for architecture projects. It is the key equipment to reliaze rebars parallel thread splicing technology. It can process parallel thread for ribbed rebar 16mm to 40mm..

Feature:

1.It can complete rib peeling and thread rolling one time. Good shape of thread and high precision. Right thread and left thread are all availiable.

2.Easy to operate, works with one hour training can operate the machine smoothly. Compact in structure, stable in operation, and adapt automic opening-closing device for rib peling tools.

3.Adopts thread cold rolling technology. Not cutting of rebar parent metal, the strength of threaded end is higher than its parent metal

Attention:

1.Operating machine without coolant liquid is forbidden.

2.Coolant liquid must be water solubale solution. Oily liquid and oil is not allowed. coolant liquid should be cleaned every half month.

3.The end of rebar should be flat.

4.The machine need regular maintenance, including cleaning machine, infill the grease, fastening screw, demage parts reparation. Maintence can be processed according to genaral machinery products.

5.The case of machine should connect with ground or zero line.
