Detail Introduction:
1. The machine is used for slitting all kinds of curtain, e.g. roller, vertical, textile, fabric etc. ultrasonic slitting and edge sealing at the same time.
2. The most advantages for products of ultrasonic is automatically banding and will edge correction to be parallel for both cutting sides

3. The operator control machine by GUI(graphic user interface)and PLC to control, which more steadily work, easily operated and high efficiency.
4. This machine using precise track to control blades with automatically accounting the production number for fabric.
5. This unit adopts Germany technology of ultrasonic system, which more steadily work, and strong output, the cutting edge is smooth, without fading,no fufffy, no fray or off-clip.

Features:
1> the effect cutting width could be:2.5m/2.0m/3.0m/4.0m (or design by your needs);
2> the frame are all made by aluminum;
3> micro-computer and touch screen to control, just input the fabric size and the quantities you want, then system will finish the slitting processes;
4> the finished fabric is exactly precise, the range of the error is within 1mm;
5> the slitting width and fabric length can be adjusted free

Feeding system

Namely the machinisim that feed fabric to the cutting part,which is controlled by motor that is controlled by controlling core.you can change the feeding speed through GUI.The horizontal position is adjusted by GUI,too,(See below“Movement test interface”).the whole system uses MCY as core, remote-controllable,highly automatical control fabric feeding, returning,blade speed,and ultrasonic switch.
