RC16-25 Continuous Bright Annealing Furnace

1.Application

Applies in continuous production of bright quenching of Martensite stainless steel and bright annealing (solid solution) of Austenitic stainless steel, and intermediate recrystallization annealing and final annealing of various copper materials and copper alloy as well as stress relief treatment, etc, being easy in operation and without industrial pollution.

2. Temperature control type

With advanced temperature control method, it uses intelligent temperature control adjustment meter, intelligent controlled silicon, Schneider electrical switch and the temperature control precision is ±1celsius degree. Among industrial Furnaces, it is very advanced, reliable, practical and economical.

3.Device's composition

This device is mainly composed of transmission system, heating system, cooling system, control system, and ammonia decomposition gas supply system.

4. Muffle furnace pipe,heat element and inert gas

4.1.The muffle furnace is made of imported high-temperature resistance nickel alloy by pressing welding;

4.2.Dismountable electric heating elements can upper-lower heat;

4.3.Steel belt conveying is stepless speed regulating;

4.4.The gas mixture (hydrogen 75% and nitrogen 25%) decomposed from liquid ammonia gets into the hearth and reaches gas protection effect; the gas direction regulating device ensure stable atmosphere.

4.5.Having treated by this kind of furnace, product surface will become bright and won’t be oxidized. All treated products will reach excellent consistency.

5.Main features

5.1 This kind of furnace adopts heat-resistance stainless steel belt or heat-resistance stainless steel mesh belt to convey workpiece to be heat-treated through heating hearth and cooling zone. Inert gas or ammonia-decomposing gas will be injected into the furnace as protective atmosphere to prevent workpiece from being oxidized during heating and cooling, and such to ensure the surface of stainless steel workpiece become bright, without oxidation and scratch.

5.2Heating hearth (also called furnace pipe or muffle pipe) is made of high- temperature resistance nickel alloy to ensure workpieces lower to tapping temperature required in process.

5.3Continuous gas protective bright annealing furnace uses rational heating structure to realize uniform furnace temperature. Workpiece run steadily on conveying belt and cause little deformation. The hearth size can be designed manufactured according to the specifications and production quantities of user’s different products, with strong specificity and generality.

6. Scope of application :

Wide scope of application: It is applicable for continuous production of bright quenching and bright annealing (solid solution) of stainless steel, intermediate recrystallization annealing and final annealing of various copper materials and copper alloy as well as stress relief treatment. With strip unwinding and rewinding mechanism, it can be applied in bright annealing in cold rolling industry of metal strips.
