JZ21F series open-type quick return press

Main properties of products:

The presses of this series employ the advanced multiple-bar linkage, which is characterized by slow down-stroke, approximate constant-velocity working-stroke and quick return-stroke of the slide. They will greatly reduce the noise, the vibration, and the breaking of blank. Terefore the use of this series of press will not only lengthen the life of die but also improve the productivit largely. They are especially suitable for drawing procedures.

1. High rigidity: steel-welded grame with less deformation to ensure long die durability.

3. High accuracy: Slide employs 6-side rectangle guide which guides well and precisely.

6. Low noise: Pneumatic wet-type friction clutch-brake is applied. Main drive gear, immersed in a closed oil tank, runs smoothly with low noise.
