Compared with present technology, the new type quick cooler is reasonable in designing, simple in structure, small in volume and quick in temperature lowing down. 1. It will only costs 7 hours to make the temperature of fermentation liquor fall down to -1 centigrade. The beer age reduce 6 days at most. And the output can increase 20% without adding fermentation liquor. Effect will be perfect especially in summer.
2. It decreases 9% electricity expending. Automatically controlled and the temperature control precision is 0.25 centigrade.
3. During the beer is being rotated, the pipes and quick cooler is being puffed N₂or CO₂, which can forbid the contact of the beer and air. So it can decrease the absorbing of O₂at the biggest limit.

5. The plate heat exchanger of the ammonia cooling system is controlled by Danfoss ammonia automatic control system, which has triple safeguard and keep it away from icing up.
