Main usage of 48 type steel tube straightener:

The machine is suitable for the factory for prefabrication of cement and construction site. Straightening wire rod of the hot rolled round steel bar, and cutting into the required length.

The requirement of the steel bar that needed to be straightened:

1.It couldn’t straighten the steel bar that with bamboo joint and the excircle of the steel bar should be smooth and round.

2.The diameter of the steel bar should be among Φ4-Φ8mm.

3.The material of the steel bar is A3,the intersity limitation is σb400MPa.

4.If the steel bar is not smooth or not round, the diameter of the steel bar will be decreased in the permitted range.

5. For the φ3mm steel bar, onlywithin 4 meters the cut-off machine could be straightened.
