Procedures of the wood charcoal carbonization furnace

1. The wood crusher crushes wood into sawdust

The principles of the wood charcoal making furnace

The wood charcoal carbonization furnace can treat the trees and buildings residue and convert it into high quality coal. Our wood charcoal carbonization furnace adopts the method of dry distillation and natural carbonizing heating the wood stick until it divides into fuel gas, tar and charcoal. Because of the reasonable structure, the wood charcoal carbonization furnace needs small quantity of heat consumption. The wood charcoal carbonization furnace is equipped with superheated stream cooling system. Thus the cooling process can be speeded up for 4-12 hours, and the production cycling time can be shortened to 24-48 hours.
