Equipment Superiority

uVibration. Omnibearing vibration of table and mold improves the density of bricks. In order to get even transmission of vibration force, two-way mode is adopted in the lower vibration with two vibration tanks linked to each other by two hydraulic motors.

uProducts can be made. Paving brick/ block, Color brick/ block, Curbstone/ Kerbstone.

uMain frame. The main frame is wide for the convenience of mold filling, so more blocks can be made. In order to get even pressure, three oil reservoirs are used, which raise the pressure to as high as 100t, thus improving the productivity.

It is applicable to cement, concrete, sand, crushed stone, dust and fly coal ash, cinder, gravel, perlite, wet ash in power plants, dry ash, hybrid ash, boiler slag, spontaneous combustion coal gangue, mountain flour, haydite, mine tailings, scoria, steel slag , carbide slag, water-granulated slag, wind-granulated slag, dry slag, smelting slag, sulfuric acid residue, phosphaed fertilizer slag, caustic sludge,laterite in aluminium manufacturers, electrolytic copper slag, stonework waste, potsherd, waste brick powder, construction waste, etc (among which one or two kinds are enough) .
