Base concrete production line includes following items:

Batching and Mixing System:
The batching system has accurate weighing with automatic compensation for lack
of materials. The weighing accuracy warp is not less than 1% for keeping right
recipes. The horizontal twin-shaft mixer realizes the excellent mixing performance.
It makes the materials and water have the best uniform mixing in a short time.

Press System:
The press machines consist of hydraulic system of large capacity oil tank, oil
filter and oil cooler, feed system, control system, demould system and pressing
system. They have different models of table vibration and mould vibration from
4 blocks to 10 blocks of standard block (390x190x190mm) per pallet. The max. synchronal

vibrating force reaches 120kN. The vibrating frequency in pressing processes is suitable for

different materials.

Elevator/Lowerator:
The elevator lifts 2 pallets of blocks up to upper level one by one. When the
pallets full of elevator, the control system will receive the information and send
a order to finger car. Finger car comes and takes the pallets of blocks on elevator.

The lowerator is same as elevator. When finger car take the pallets of cured blocks
to the lowerator, the lowerator drops the pallets of blocks down to the dry
conveyor one by one till empty the lowerator.

Finger Car:
The finger car is a transportation device for pallets of bocks between elevator
/lowerator and curing cells. It takes wet blocks from elevator and the slave car
sends wet blocks into the curing cell. After curing the slave car takes out dry
blocks from curing cells and sends to lowerator.

Block Pusher:
Block pusher pushes dry blocks on the pallets to blocks table from the conveyor.
The blocks are stacked and packed on the table.

Stacker:
The stacker clamps the dry blocks on the table accurately and speedily and moves
to the pack pallets in a short cycle time. It has compact structure, accurate
position and reliable operation.

Control System:
Control system is a centralized system and an important core of plant. It has
the types of full automatic, semi-automatic and manual to guarantee the continued
production. All production processes are displayed on dynamic interface and the production

data tables and reports can be stored and printed out as required.
