Brief introduction

QL Revolving Electromagnetism Hanger Bridge Crane has slewing carrier-beam, is applicable to the fixed span at indoors or outdoors of steel mill, Shipyard, port, yard and storage, etc. It is used for loading, unloading and carrying steel plate, profile steel, and spool, etc. It is especially applicable to lift material or different specifications and which needs Horizontal rotation. The carrier-beam is cross structure, which is reliable and has good safety features, and has a certain function of preventing swinging. The lower part of the carrier-beam can bring special lifting appliances, such as magnetic chuck and tongs, etc.

Mechanical Parts

1. Double girder, welding box beam, camber meet national standard;
2. Adopt high quality carbon steel, Q235B or Q345B; (similar as Fe37 or Fe52);
3. Main welding submerged are welded automaticly, nondestructive flaw detection;
4. All metall materials(main girder,end girder, trolley)are chosed according to the national standard.
5. steel plate material requirements shot blasting before cutting, derusting grade reach Sa2.5 above;

1. Crane protection grade is IP54 or IP44, F/H grade insulation
2. Use special reducer, Hard-toothed surface, Reducer shaft inspected by ultrasonic testing;
3. Main hook's reducer shell welding, taking a seal grooves, shaft top sealed well;
4. Use YWZ model electric&hydraulic pushing rod often-close brake, the main lifting
5. Use double brake;
6. Durm material is 16Mn, made of steel. Drum shaft and cylinder body are welded and inspected by ultrasonic testing.
7. The wheel tread are treated by heating processing;
8. pulley block are made of rolled steel;
9. The tooth shape coupling, and the material of the 40 Cr, forging steel;
10. All buffers use polyurethane (pu) type, on same span,
11. buffers must have same height;
12. Hook use forged material, nondestructive flaw detection, fortify the slot device.

Electric Parts

1. All electric are SIMENS & SCHNEIDER;
2. Crane can use safe slipping line to get power , slip line is located against the cab;
3. Wire ropes are put in the steel trough or metal tube;
4. On dangerous points equipped with protection device;
5. The wire ropes are closed in hard steel tube or metal soft tube, line pipe and trough are welded on crane's metall construction.
6. Trolley's cable devices are fixed inside of walking board;
7. bridge lighting use special crane damping lamps. Set special lighting circuit.
