Brief introduction

Welded Steel plate structure, vibration to eliminate stress, with high strength and good rigidity.
Hydraulic drive, return of knife beam is smooth and prompt by accumulator or nitrogen cylinder.
The adjustment of the blades gap and the numerical value of the gap are indicated by digital, convenient and fast.
Equipped with lighting-alight, so as to align when shearing. The stroke of knife beam can be adjusted steplessly.
Protection fence to ensure the operation safety.
E20 digital display system is on front of the machine, it can display the back gauge range and the shear number

Performance

1. Hydraulic dive, swing beam, return of knife is smooth and prompt by accumulator nitrogen cylinder.

2. Possessing a speed blades gap adjusting device, permit to adjust steplessly the blades gap.

3. The stroke and frequency of shearing can be controlled, the machine has the function of single shearing and sutomatic continuous shearing.

4. After inputting precomputed data, the back gauge can be automatically moved, positioned and stopped.

The vertical gripper of intellect positon is controlled by pneumatic system.
