Machine trait

1). The whole frame is steel welded structure, rigid, high strength, good resistance to distortion ability, and shot peening surface treatment process by eliminating the stress, the overall accuracy of machine tools to ensure lasting stability.

2). Processing with the German large-scale boring-milling machine to ensure the precision.

3). The top rest moves downward under the pressure of the cylinder and it returns with the nitrogen cylinder’s help.

4). Holistic logic loop which is controlled by sequence valve is adopted by hydraulic system. It has the trait of easy to maintenance, low noise and steady-working.

5). Blade carrier is controlled by hydraulic valve.

6). Holding-down equipment adopt holistic loop and respective hold-down cylinder. The hold-down force can adjust through board thickness to avoid hurt board surface.

7). Machine adopts eccenter structure. Blade clearance can adjust manually through dial.

8). Light alignment device ease drawing line on plate.
