Brief introduction

Welded Steel plate structure, vibration to eliminate stress, with high strength and good rigidity.
Hydraulic drive, return of knife beam is smooth and prompt by accumulator or nitrogen cylinder.
The adjustment of the blades gap and the numerical value of the gap are indicated by digital, convenient and fast.
Equipped with lighting-alight, so as to align when shearing. The stroke of knife beam can be adjusted steplessly.
Protection fence to ensure the operation safety.
E20 digital display system is on front of the machine, it can display the back gauge range and the shear number

Performance

1. All steel welded structure, vibrating treatment of ageing for removal of internal stress, with good rigidity and stability.

2. Integrated hydraulic transmission system, with good reliability.

3. Triple support rolling guide raikl to eliminate gaps of support and enhnce shearing quality.

4. Mechanical rear stopper with manual fine tuning, and digital indication.

5. Clearance in between shearing blades adjusted by hand wheel tobe quick, accurate and convenient.

6. Rectangular blades with four cutting edges to prolon working life, adjustable shearing angle to reduce deformation of the sheet.

7. Upper blade holder has inward tilting structure to facilitate material feed in and also enhance accuracy of the work piece.

8. Function of shearing in sections, function of aligning with light.
