QC11Y-10x6000 Hydraulic Guillotine Shear, Metal Cutting Machine

Guillotine shear is used for processing stainless steel, mild carbon steel, aluminum, and other sheet steel.

Whole structure

It is in steel-welded structure;

ANSYS finite element analysis software is applied to machine body for analysis,and with internal stress eliminated by

vibration aging technology,to ensure the reliability and stability of the machine tool.

Contoller system

Controller MD11-1 equipped with the machine in our factory, and it's free;

Other controller (manufactured by ESTUN or imported from Holland DELEM) can meet customers' requirements

for the design of high precision processing.

Designs of backgauge

The backgauge is designed the function of manual lifting,which is convenient to shear long sheet metal.

Advantage technologt and process

1. The shearing machine is used three-point rolling pulley which can eliminate the supporting gapand increase

cutting precision.

2. Shearing angle can be adjusted within a certain range, which can reduce the shearing deformationof sheet

metal and can shear much thicker sheet metal.

3. The shearing stroke can adjusted at will,which raise the working efficiency and realize the function of partial

cutting.

Hydraulic system

Plug in hydraulic system can make oil temperature become high slowly,meanwhile it enhance thereliability and

safety of the shearing machine;
