Hydraulic Guillotine Shearing Machine

1. Overall Welding Structure
2. The machine uses a DAC360 control system from Holland DELEM, along with automatic control over rear stopper, shearing travel, shearing angle, blade clearance and workpiece number.
3. The lower blade has cutting edge on four sides, and the service life of the blade is prolonged.
4. The rear stopper is comprised of linear guide rails and a ball screw, and its max. travel may be 1,000mm; and the control precision of the servo motor is high.
5. The integrated hydraulic system overcomes oil leakage, reduces pipe installation, improves working stability and ensures elegant and simple appearance.

~Sheet plate welded structure is adopted, with hydraulic transmission and accumulator return, typical of an easy operation, reliable performance, and nice appearance.

~Indication by indicator is provided for adjustment of blade clearance, for a handy and prompt adjustment.

~Alignment device with lighting and control device for shearing stroke are set, with a handy and prompt adjustment.

~Rolling material support ball is provided ,to minimize fish tail with sheet bar and to reduce frictional resistance.

~The rear stopper is fitted with electric adjustment and manual adjustment devices, and digital display device is available for display of size of stopper and times of shearing.
