3-phase Hybird CNC Stepper Motor Driver Feature:

• 16-level subdivisions for constant torque with equal angle. Maximum resolution 6000 steps/r, with smooth running and enhanced resolution;
• Unique controlling circuit effectively reduces noise and improves running stability;
• When the stepper pulse is in the stop state for more than 100ms, the current for the coil will be automatically decreased by half;
• This function prevents the overheating in many cases;
• Bipolar constant current chopping allows the motor to output higher speed and power;
• Driving current can be continuously adjusted from 0.2A/phase to 5.8A/phase;
• Hybrid stepping motors below 5.8A phase current can be driven;
• Error protection: overheat, over-current, low-voltage protection.

+	Positive terminal of photoelectric isolation for input signal	photoelectric isolation for input signal Connected to +5V power supply, programs with voltage of +5V- 24V can be driven. If higher than +5V, the current-limiting resistor is needed. For details, please refer to the part of input interface.
PU	D2=OFF: Stepper pulse signal; D2=ON: Positive stepper pulse signal	Descent edge is effective. The motor moves for one step when the pulse changes from high value to low value. The input resistance is 220Ω. Requirements: Low electrical level: 0-0.5V; high electrical level: 4-5V; pulse width ;2.5us.

DR	D2=OFF: direction control signal; D2=ON: reverse stepper pulse signal	Used for changing the rotating direction of the motor. The input resistance is 220Ω. Requirements: Low electrical level: 0-0.5V; high electrical level: 4-5V; pulse width ;2.5us.

MF	motor releases signal	When in effective state (low electrical level), the current for the motor’s winding is shut off and the driver stops working. Then the motor is in free state.
+	Positive terminal of photoelectric isolation for home position output	When it is at the home position, the electrifying of motor’s winding is effective; photoelectric isolation output (high electrical level)
TM	Negative terminal of photoelectric isolation for home position output signal	+terminal connected to the current-limiting resistor for output signal, TM connected to output place. Max. driving current: 50mA; max. voltage: 50V.
