Optional: Anti-oscillator for the tank, alarm for the less of the powder, moisture-proof heater for the tank, water pressure meter, dosing pump and PLC control system.

Technology Process

PY series dry powder dosing system is the system which is designed for the fully automatic compound and dosing of the dry powder chemical. The entire process has been reached the fully automatic, safe and continuous operation from the dry podwer to the preparation solution.

The detail process as below:

The dry powder comes into the mixer from the funnel, then diluted that to achived the required concentration in the mixeer. The diluted solution will come into the ccured tank then come to the storage tank.

The liquid level sensor will send the signal to the switch when the tank solution level is coming to the low level, then the device will be re-stsrted again to compound the dry powder to the solution. The device will be stopped working when the tank solution level is on the high level. If the storage tank is out of the dry powder, all the system will be started again, so all the system can be run continuously including the mixer.
