Carrier. It is made by stainless steel ,and than curving it and become arc , it is place under the metal protecting jacket ,to lay the liquid bitumen from the protecting jacket, it can make the abdomen of protecting jacket without spraying bitumen soaking in the place.

Scraper. It used to shaving the bitumen outside surface of the painting the cable protecting jacket( The hold of the scraper and the plastic clamp is made by users according to the outer diameter size of the protecting jacket .The hole of the scraperΦ1=Φ-10.The hole of the plastic clamp Φ2= Φ+10 .
