Application:

Diameter 16mm-800mm series PVC pipe extrusion production line is mainly used in the manufacture of plastic PVC pipes with various diameters and wall thickness used in the industried such as agriculture and constructional plumbing, cable laying etc, it also named PVC Pipe Production Line, PVC Pipe making machine. This PVC Pipe Extrusion Line is composed conical twin-screw extruder, vacuum calibration tank, haul off, cutter and stake etc. The extruder and haul off adopt imported AC frequency control device, vacuum pump and haul off motors adopt high-quality products. The haul off methods are two-claw, three -claw, four-claw, and six-claw etc. You may choose saw blade cutting type or planetary cutting type. It is additionlly attached with length counter and intensifying device. This line is of reliable performance and high production effeciency. Our company can also manufacture special pipe production lines. Spiral silencing pipe and core foaming pipe according to your requirements.

PVC pipe extrusion line is mainly used to make PVC,UPVC,CPVC,and MPVC pipe for water supplying and drainage ,electric pipe and so on .

The line is composed by conical twin screw extruder ,pipe mould ,vacuum calibrator ,cooling tank ,haul off machine ,cutter ,stacker ,belling machine and so on .

It can produce PVC pipe from 16-630mm in different thickness by changing the type of machine and mould.
