1,Features

XD Series PVC Wide Wood-Plastic Foamed Plate Extrusion Line is mainly used for producing building templates,wide door plate, cupboard,decorative materials indoors and outdoors . According to the different board section ,the guest could choose different extruders,like parallel extruder or conical twin-screw extruder.And meanwhile ,the other parts of the production line ,like vacuum shaping and forming table ,haul-off ,transverse saw cutter, stacks could be selected according to the different extruder .

The capacity of the main extruder is optional from 250kgs to 800 kgs .The haul-off adopts the special up-down technology of our company ,which leads the advantages of stable working ,reliable,good haul-off strength .The vacuum shaping and forming stable adopts special-designed enlargements vortex cooling system to meet the need of cooling the plate. The lateral direction saw cutter keeps synchronous with the haul-off machine by imported PLC controller ,and it could assemble the swarf suction .
