This profile wrapping machine is PUR glue,it has PLC control system and dust remove.It can design on non-woven veneer, PVC, paper and PET ect for different material profile like aluminium, MDF, optionally PVC. It's the ideal equipment for door, construal material, furniture, picture frame industry.

JianChi has been founded in 2000 in China mainland and it produces wrapping machine for wood and PVC sectors since that date. There are 3 glue types for wrapping:

1. Solvent glue (cold glue) is used for PVC sector. It is the oldest wrapping technology and generally it is preferred by producers who has low capacity.

2. EVA glue (hot melt glue) is used for wood sector. It is special machine for door frame producers. Because wrapping of the natural wood is so hard process and this machine is designed for wood wrapping.

3.PUR glue is used in all sectors. It is the newest system in wrapping sector. Producers can cover PVC and wood in this system.
