MR 400 Recycling Plant

- for separation of fluff and SAP contained in bales

- Fluff is re-introduced in converting lines , SAP is recovered in a tank and can be fed back as well

- Pneumatic system : for distribution of compressed not lubrificated air , incl. pipes and humidity collector

MAIN MACHINE COMPONENTS :

* motorized carpet for transfer of bales

* automatic device to stop carpet in transfer process of bales

* mororized defibration module , sideway guided to allow vertical movement

* a fan is located at the exit of defibration module to allow fluff and SAP to reach cyclone where materials go into

a tank- air and dust enter a filter sack

* tank has 2 gates , at the exit a fan transfers fluff to dosing unit

* separator and tank of SAP connection

* dosing system including cyclone transfer device with motors activated by inverter

* fan for fluff transfer inside dosing unit to main machine body
