1. Make the extrusion press achieve continuous extrusion, so it can reduce the non-extrusion time in the extrusion period, no need to stop and cut.

2. Make use of the saw assembled in the pull head close to the extrusion press, cut in the stop trace or welding trace, to reduce the waste of the aluminum profiles.

3. Double pullers do not need to arrange and predict the next extrusion period based on the non-extrusion period.

4. PLC controller, the puller provides 9 different kinds of operating sequences to adapt different extrusion modes, easy to operate.

5. Double pullers allow the pull head work in a low speed(pulling speed:0~70m/min,the max. return speed: 200m/min).To the pull force,the control system can provide 1KG incremental change. The adjusting range of the pulling force: 0 ~ 180KG.

6. As a whole system, double pullers can provide higher productivity and reduce the waste at the same time. Double pullers can increase 10~30% of the productivity effect, 1~2% of the rate of finished products. 7. It can increase 10~40% of the extruding speed(Provided the die intensity satisfied the requirement)
