PU Shoes Machine

1. Function

PU Shoes Machine is used to produce various single-and –double

color polyurethane soleand one-off connectionupper forming shoes,

such as high or middlegrade leather shoes, hiking shoes,

casual shoes, etc.

2. Features

(2) Original liquid of the whole machine is thermostatically

heated with oil to make products’quality stable and reliable

3. Tank of Raw Material

(1) Material tank is equipped with stainless steel inner liner,heating

oil interlayer and heat insulating layer of polyurethane hard foaming

(2) fixed with motor-driving mixer

(3) 120 Liters capacity

(4) Using heating oil to keep the automatic constant temperature

4. Raw Material Oven

(1) adopting far infrared to heat raw material

(2) can automatically control temperature to keep oven
