1.The production introduces:

This machine line should be able to fulfil the material for composite sandwich panel continuous production of polyurethane, that is a continuous injectionliquid raw material into the pressing of the upper and lower panels. Reaction, foaming, curing, forming in dual pedrail molding machine; Production the composite sandwich panel line with the state for the metal surface of rigid polyurethane sandwich panels standard JC/T868-2000.

The PU sandwich panel have function of sound insulation, heat insulation and prevent burn and use in wall panel, roof panel and so on.

(9). Foaming system: Adopt Auto Continuum froth, the foaming is limited.

(10). Foaming Thickness: standard 150mm

(11). Working speed: 4-6M/min (According to thickness 150mm,

can be adjust)

(13). Length precision: lengthpermissible errors±2.0 mm

(14). Length of products: Control by PLC (40 Meters is no problem)
