Membrane laminating needle felt

Membrane laminating filter media refers to a high-performance compounding filter material which formed through laminating the PTEF micro porous membrane with different filtering materials by a special craft.

Membrane laminating filter media has fairly stable chemical properties, flat surfaces convenient for the dust cleaning, good permeability, high temperature resistance, and excellent anti-dewing features, especially suits for the high density, high humidity, strong adhesive fume gasses and strict emission requirements working environments. Membrane laminating filtering material can realize the surface filtration, which stops the dust from penetrating into the inner part of the material; therefore there will be no dust block the filter bags and the filtering rate can reach 99.999 percent (hardly zero emission).

Membrane laminating needle felt is widely used in the bag filters for the fume gas filtration and material collection and has achieved excellent results.
