PTEF needle filter felt is a kind of fiber with extremely stable chemical properties. The material we use for PTFE filter fabric is mainly imported from Teflon of Dupon of USA or Lenzing from Austria. The advantages of PTFE needle filter felt are bellowed:

1. Operating temp. continuous: 250 DEG C;instant: 280 DEG C
2. Absolutely anti acid, alkali and oxidation and hardly combustible
3.The unique no aging fiber
4. Fitting for the most vicious working conditions, with extremely long durability, usually life cycle more than 4 years

100% PTFE needle felt media is mainly used in the fields of chemical industries, waste incinerator and high temperature liquid filtration. PTFE can maintain excellent chemical stability under different working conditions while because of the high expense, PTFE needle felt are not widely used.
