The PTC heater Box is composed of a thermal resistor as the main heating material, and the temperature and/or power

is controlled based on the characteristic of PTC whose resistance changes with the temperature, which ensures the

PTC heater to maintain a relatively stable heating temperature or power in spite of the change in the environmental t

emperature or voltage.

PTC heater is a positive thermal resistor, with the resistance of the resistor rising at a stepping rate corresponding

to the rise of the temperature of the resistor, featuring:

High sensitivity, with a temperature coefficient of resistance 10-100 times that of metals;

Wide working temperature range, with the device suitable to an even temperature between - 55 °C and 315 °C;
