Bottom Discharge Vertical Basket Centrifuge is vertical scraper lower unloading,continuous operation and

intermittent discharging, full-automatic filtering type centrifuge.

The bowl casted in stainless steel rotates simultaneously together with the mainshaft,which is driven by the

pulley with the conductive static V-belt by a motor.The material is fed into the basket through a feeding pipe.

The material is splashed onto the bowl's wall under a centrifugal force field.The liquid flows into the casting

space through the strainer and perforation,falling on the chassis and then draining out from the liquid outlet,

and solid is left behind the inner surface of the strainer.The layer thickness is controlled by the special dedicated

detector of the material level.Both feeding and washing will be controlled by the only used feeding valve.After

the basket is turned to the state of discharging speed the solid will be scraped off by the scraper and then

discharged out of the bowl from the bottom outlet.

FEEDING:

The slurry is introduced to the rorating basket having a filter cloth.The filter cloth captures the solids. Centrifugal

force drives the liquid through the caked solids and the mother liquor is discharged through perforations in the

basket circumference.

With fixed pipe adjustable height and orientation, when machine is stopped or with “up and down” motion adjustment

in frequency and movement during centrifuge operation optimizing product distribution over the entire basket height.

Feed Control: Detector,with or without product contact to optimize feeding and prevent any risk of overflowing during

feeding and washing.

WASHING:

A wash liquid is introduced and is driven through the caked solids. The plug flow action of the wash liquid purifies

the solids and removes residual mother liquor.

With fixed pipe adjustable, when machine is stopped with interchangeable nozzles.

PEELING:

Residual liquors are driven from the caked solids and are discharged through the basket perforations to achieve

maximum cake dryness.

Sing motion,peeler knife extends over the entire basket length,or double motion,with axial and radial movement.

Interlocked for safety,adjustable advance speed,rapid retract,and replaceable knife.

CAKE DISCHARGE:

A scraper knife advances into the rotating basket to discharge the solids to downsteam equipment. The solids

are discharged through openings in the basket bottom.

Through openings in the basket and housing base which diverts the solids into a simple chute or vapour-tight

chute for connection to downstream equipment.
